Welcome to VedaTalk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VedaTalk website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices may increase with 30 days' notice.
You may add funds to your VedaTalk wallet for consultations. Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as required by law), and expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Refunds for consultations may be granted in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the consultation via our support channel. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with predictions or outcomes, as astrological services are subjective and for guidance purposes only.

All content on VedaTalk, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and algorithms, is the property of VedaTalk or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights.
You retain ownership of content you submit (questions, birth details), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content to provide Services and improve our AI models.

Astrological services are based on ancient Vedic principles and are intended for entertainment and guidance only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. You use our Services at your own risk.
Astrologers on our platform are independent contractors. We do not control or endorse their advice and are not responsible for their actions or predictions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEDATALK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VedaTalk and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at any time, without notice, for:
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. Sections that by nature should survive termination (payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall take place in New Delhi, India, and the award shall be final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and VedaTalk.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions).
