We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our astrologers while ensuring quality service delivery.
Technical Issues
Server downtime, app crashes, or payment processing errors that prevent consultation
Astrologer No-Show
Astrologer did not join the chat/call within 10 minutes of scheduled time
Early Disconnection
Consultation disconnected within the first 2 minutes due to astrologer's fault
Duplicate Charges
You were charged twice for the same consultation
Wrong Astrologer
Connected to a different astrologer than selected
Quality Issues
Astrologer provided incomplete, irrelevant, or unprofessional consultation (case-by-case review)
Communication Issues
Significant audio/video quality problems lasting more than 5 minutes
Premature Ending
Astrologer ended consultation earlier than agreed without valid reason
Prediction Disagreement
You disagree with the astrologer's predictions or advice
Unfulfilled Expectations
Astrological predictions did not come true or outcomes were different
Completed Consultations
Full consultation was completed as per the agreed duration
User-Initiated Disconnection
You ended the consultation early or were disconnected due to your device/network issues
Late Refund Requests
Refund requested more than 24 hours after consultation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll continue to have access until the end of the current period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
Wallet credits added to your VedaTalk account are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Wallet credits expire 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated. We will send email reminders 30 days before expiry.
